The LMPF Conference 2008

This year's Liverpool & Manchester Property Forum event is set at the Racquet Club in Liverpool's Chapel Street, and will feature two days of seminars, walking tours and a networking dinner, all themed around the regeneration of Liverpool and its most prominent projects.

The first engagement is the dinner on Monday 16th June which features speakers Philip Ross, CEO of the Cordless Group and editor of UNWIRED, and Patrick Hackett, Director of Facilities Management at the University of Liverpool.

The next day sees the conference begin with lectures on the Legacy of Cities from William Butler of Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and Rod Holmes of the Mersey Partnership. This will be followed by sessions from a variety of speakers that will be devoted to St. Paul's Square, the New Cultural Quarters, three walking tours (through Ropewalks, the Commercial District and the Waterfront) plus plenty of time for networking over lunch and refreshment breaks.

The conference will be content-led using a proven mix of expert speakers, great locations and precise editorial to guarantee the an event that not only reports on the key issues of legacy for world cities but allows delegates an opportunity to 'see' Liverpool as a regenerated city.
